Ibirarema (SP), May 29, 2026 – Agrion held the Groundbreaking ceremony for its new industrial unit in Ibirarema (SP), in partnership with Enersugar and NovAmérica, marking an important chapter in its growth and consolidation in the organomineral fertilizer market. The project reinforces the company's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the development of solutions that generate value for rural producers, partners, and the entire agribusiness chain.

The new unit is born with the purpose of increasing Agrion's production capacity and strengthening its business model based on the circular economy, transforming waste extracted from cana-de-açúcar into high agronomic efficiency fertilizers. With a strategic location in one of the main sugarcane producing regions in the country, the factory will contribute to meeting the growing demand for sustainable and profitable solutions for the field.
The ceremony brought together partners, suppliers, representatives from the sugar-energy sector, local authorities, and special guests who closely followed this historic moment for the company.
"The new unit represents the realization of another dream built by many hands. It is the result of the trust of our partners, the dedication of our team, and the certainty that the agriculture of the future will be increasingly sustainable and efficient. We are building a legacy that unites productivity, innovation, and profitability with the environment," highlights Ernani Judice, CEO of Agrion.

The project is also expected to generate positive impacts for the region through job creation, economic movement, and strengthening local production chains. Proximity to important agricultural hubs will allow for even greater logistical agility and closeness to producers and partner mills.

The expectation is that the unit will become a reference in the production of organomineral fertilizers, contributing to the expansion of the company and the strengthening of sustainable practices in Brazilian agribusiness.
